It should be noted first and foremost that Stubborn Body Fat is not a diet, and it isn’t a program. Stubborn Body Fat is an information source on the “how’s and why’s” for why we hang own to those last bits of fat and some methods of blasting them. You only need to apply these methods and information if you are a Male with 10% to 12% Body Fat or a woman with 16% to 17%. Mostly, this applies to competitive bodybuilders or fitness models needing to get lean to sick lean for shoots.

I do think it’s a good book to own to just have the knowledge and to explain a lot of reasons for why certain things happen in the body. Education, and well researched education at that, is never a bad thing to have.

I really loved this book because I am a fan of pretending I am smarter than I am. However, it’s NOT a light read, and if you have a hard time understanding what a carbohydrate is then you might want to start with some of his previous work first.

I really loved this book because I now know why female thighs get fatter even if their abs are getting leaner. I have to say I feel like an ass because I REALLY denied that one…oops. Sorry, Crystal, if you are out there.

Seriously, she stormed out on me and told me to kiss her “upper fat thigh”. How did I know there was an explanation for this craziness through science?

I really loved this book because they are now officially Five Types of fat. Bet you can’t name them!

Truthfully let’s get down to what this book does.

-It will get you sick lean…If you need/want to.

-You will learn bigger words but please use dictionary.com to help you say them properly please.

-I give it three months before half of the material is stolen and passed off as original by someone else.

-This is one of Lyle’s best written books he has, and he gives you all you want to learn and more about the body you are living in and that is priceless.

No surprise here, thumbs up.
