Will Power and Education, Is There a Difference? Part 2

Trust. That is where we last left off and that is the most important thing.

Now I have been “off” this week. It’s my first week off in over a year, and that is just off from in-person training/working. Next week I go back to doing my thing, and I will no longer have the pleasure of catching one of the best things I have ever seen. It shows some of the best assessments and application of human nature, perhaps ever:

F**king Nanny 911.

Those women get it. They get it in droves.

I don’t know if you have ever had the privilege, but you should do yourself a favor and watch that show.

I do have a point; I am getting to it.

For any of you parents out there, what happens with your children if they don’t trust you? If they don’t feel safe? If they don’t respect you?

They act out.
They live in denial.
They do destructive things to themselves.
They “Why Me?” to death.

More than anything they are frustrated and sad because at the end of the day they feel alone, like they aren’t going to be protected or safe from the problems of the world. It’s your job to protect them, and you’re not doing your job.

Well for any “fat loss experts” that might be reading this, your children are acting out, and it’s because you don’t have their respect. It’s because you are lying to them and toying with them and they aren’t stupid, they feel it.

The acting out starts in weird ways. People acting act. Be it stuffing their face in the mainstream part of our country or “hatin” on internet forums in our own TMZ. Enough is enough, and it’s time to be honest.

The first step in all of this is being real about the difference between OPTtimal, OPTions, and only.
