    Ooohh you little tease! I love this podcast though because as I am sitting here listening to you, it occurs to me I need to get up and put up dishes or do other things while listening (after turning up the sound!) I do try to take stairs at work and I will do calf raises while wearing my lead apron! I am heading to Itunes now…..

    Love it! Because of you (and FLTS and, well, the inlfating gas prices don’t hurt motivation either ;))–I’m now walking during my lunch break, walking to do errands/grocery shoping/etc, walking to the gym, having my husband not drop me off at work and walking from his place of work to my place of work.

    Sure it is burning a few more calories, but most of all–I’m actually slowing down and relaxing a little more in my life. I feel better moving around more often since I’m chained to a desk most of the day.

    So, my weight loss and sanity thanks you!
