New Body Fat Video-How Fat Am I-Round 2

Following up from the last video, this one is much shorter and basically focuses on actual estimates. I have more coming your way, just wanted to pop this up.

Also, note I am working on getting the podcasts fixed. I am not sure why they aren’t connecting right. I do have the “Make my Body Hot” mp3’s ready as well. It just isn’t loading right so working on that ;)

    Hey great video again. I’m getting better and better at judging bf.

    How could you tell about the one person having trouble firing her glutes by her pic.

    Not to sound like a whiner, but you said my pics would be in this round and I didn’t see me ;) , not the end of the world beleive me, just hoping I having got lost in cyberspace.

    thanks for the info that goes way beyond the fat% in terms of seeing/identifying gas, water retention, tight calves and hamstrings affecting quads (would you say more about how to change this; I’ve always had tight calves, i think).

    Etana, this is just a guess based on what I’ve read, but I’m thinking foam rolling might help with the tightness. Have you started doing that yet?

    Very very interesting. Do I need to re-send my pics in a bikini? Mine were in sports bra and runners shorts – so you may need to see more of me to do mine more accurately. Please let me know if I need to resend you pics with less on!!! I want the best assessment I can get so I will know what to do to work on it!!

  8. Etana- Sinead is right Foam rolling is very important to tight muscles as well as stretching. There is a full stretching and foam rolling program in the OPT program.
    Hopefully a Mac will come to me for christmas…I give myself great gifts.
