Things to come…

Tease #1-Kevin and The Fitcast Gang have a lot of new things coming up that you will surely love. Make sure to keep an eye out and if not subscribed to his list get on it!

Tease#2-I am going to be launching a new site soon and it will be THE top resource for all your needs. I am going to need your help though and in more ways then one.  If interested in writing, editing, or moderating stay tuned for how to be apart of it and don’t be shy to let me know.

Tease#3-The Metabolic Repair Manual is no longer going to be sold solo. It is to delicate of a subject and there are too many things you need the first one for I think. The new Fat Loss Troubleshoot page and material is going to launch soon and with it are going to be some big changes. There will be loads of new material. The Fat Loss Troubleshoot itself will remain the same with the exception of a few edits. This is not a new edition of the book. However, it is tons of new additions to the book, one alone being a complete audio read along with the book.

This will be the last time this set at this price will be available so if wanting just one or the other of the books and the simple package get to it. The “solo” deals will no longer be available.

    I don’t usually post here, mostly I just read. Over the past couple of months of following your site and you there are a some words and questions I would like to share if you don’t mind.

    Small Point #1: Almost all blogs I follow could care less about their readers or only care when they make them a buck. You obviously take it to that next level. I am sure you make a nice living doing what you do but you seem to have the bottom line in my of your followers. I wanted to commend you on that.

    Small Point #2: I wish you would talk more about training. I know it is an area you have lots of knowledge in, especially recovery work.

    Small Point #3: I am not a huge fan of the Rapid Fire with Scott T. He is a nice enough guy but doesn’t seem to know much. I would rather just hear you talk in the future or your stuff on FitCast. By the way, I used to HATE Fitcast. You made me like it.

    Small Question #1: Is it possible to put up more video? I don’t mean to come off like a creep about it :P ! I am devoted to my girlfriend, I just enjoy seeing you talk “in person.”

    Small Question #2: I have the same question as Shari about the package, will we be updated for free?

    Small Question #3: Are you going to bring back online coaching?

    I would also like to hear more about Recovery Work, as that is most of what I am doing these days, besides my cardio and light Resistance that kind of seems like recovery work as well… thanks, Etana

    Julie, Leigh and all,
    My plan is that since I ate about 350 cal each day for the past 4 days (medical instructed liquid fast of orange and apple juice, lime ice pops, and water), my average calories for the week are VERY low.

    I am thinking that Sunday, the day after OBM ends, I could eat up to 2500 calories., even with that, my average is only about 1100/day for the week. Is this a good plan, to eat my regular target of 1375 today through Saturday, finish OBM with a bang-up weigh-in Sunday morning, and then eat up to 2500 cal on Sunday of mostly healthy unprocessed food?

  18. Leigh, maybe you could use my before and after pictures in the next body fat video :) I’m excited about my final contest measurements and pictures tonight because the scale has shown some impressive progress this week.

    Leigh, I’ve been a FitCast listener since the begining and think you are a great addition to the cast! I just completed a marathon and was going to buy you books, when I saw that you are updated the material. When will it be out? I don’t want to wait until January to get started. Do the books contain material on how to lose some fat, even when you are training for a sport, like running?
