You look great – more vids! I have the same block with video – something I really need to be doing as I hope to make a kettlebell DVD this year! Managed one YouTube clip so far… eeek… Hate seeing myself on camera, and talking etc in front of the camera!

I’m going to have to get my hands on Tom’s book. I love reading his blog–he’s got such a nice way with words and with explaining concepts in a way that can really make you think!
