Let me state first and foremost that I am highly against these things and the only reason I am doing it is because I am illogically superstitious. You can blame my ex-friend Sheila over at LiveWell360 for this.
The Rules
- Link back to the person who tagged you. (Did that)
- Share 7 random or weird facts about yourself. (Fine)
- Tag 7 people at the end of your post, and include links to their blogs. (NO! I will not put people through this.)
- Let each person know they’ve been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog or emailing them. (You suck)
Here I go…
Seven Random or Weird Facts About Me
1- I used to get nosebleeds everyday until I was 7. It healed because I faceplanted a mailbox while I was walking and somehow it magically cured the nosebleeds and the monster bump on my nose.
2- I love to dance, particularly b-boy and have been in some comps for it and am pissed because I fractured my Talus 5 months ago and still can’t bust a move yet.
3-My dog truly is my best friend and on most days you can find us harassing ducks at the lake by my house or chasing bunnies into bushes. It literally makes my day to do these things, but please note that no ducks or bunnies are harmed in the making of these chases.
4-Before I did this I was a musician, toured and everything. I still have a studio in my basement, way too many guitars, and love finding the latest bands and musicians that are often left by the side in mainstream media.
5-I have a severe problem with multitasking and being bored. I hate being bored, and it is likely the only thing that could kill me.
6-I think the answers to all of life’s problems are in Cameron Crowe films.

7-I have a really hard time practicing what I preach. For example, today I have gotten 4 hours of sleep, am on my 5th coffee (which I shouldn’t drink at all because I am a dork with stomach problems) and haven’t done my stretching, and likely won’t because I will pass out watching re-runs of What I Like About You .
Everyone now officially knows way to much about me and it will likely be 3 more years before I spill again.

You crack me up! I love that you fixed the nosebleed problem by randomly faceplanting while walking. That sounds SO like something I’d do!
I knew you were weird Leigh, but seriously this just ices the cake! Only kidding…….
Ha–I knew you must not sleep that long when you kept leaving midnight posts and deadlines here during the OBM challenge! LOL, but with 5 coffees, how could you sleep
?
Hah, I had no idea you were that much into music. It’s not surprising, but it’s still really cool!
Leigh you really do have the best dog in the world!
You made me laugh!!! Brightened my already bright day…….thanks.
MUAHAHAHHAA!
It worked! My evil conspiracy to finally get Leigh to publically share an ounce of personal information about herself here on her blog succeeded!!! My work here is done…

Sinead-If anyway can remotely relate to that, then twins separated from birth we must be.
Ryan-Whatever, I have pictures of you and a chub having horseshoe tosser. You would be wise to stay on my safe side.
Karen-I know, if anyone gets timestamped emails from me, they know my dirty sleep secrets.
Lance-Very much into music. PS-Liked the “reflections” in the blog you posted.
Katie-Damn right I do!
Nikki-8-It makes my day to think I made someone laugh. However, in my vision there are co-workers looking at you funny.
Sheila-You may have one the battle my friend, but you will not win this war.
haha, Leigh!
Leigh, you play a dirty game…I admire that!
Hey, all the pictures and personal stuff we’ve shared, it’s about time she share something about herself! haha!
My own mom hasn’t seen the shirtless pics but everyone on the internet has. LOL!
Leigh, you are awesome.
Thank you for reading my blog, as well. Tell your friends!
And keep divulging strange information about yourself. We’re all friends here!
Leigh…
I’m with you on those What I Like About You re-runs.
Thanks for the pick me up, Leigh! I needed a laugh today!
Thanks for the pick me up, Leigh! I needed a laugh today! I hate chain letters, too.
Leigh I loved this, you should share more. I have been curious as to your training routine in general and what you do. Hope you disclose that soon.
I too am musician, any chance we can see your gear or hear any songs?
PLEASE? I’ll show you mine…
Hi Leigh,
Very funny blog post.
I just got done reading your interview with Roni http://ronisweigh.com/2009/01/leigh-peel-fat-loss-troubleshoot-the-interview.html#comment-14628
and I am going to buy your book. Thanks for all the great information.
I guess that would make you and Sinead sisters from a different mister?
I love it!
I just listened to this weeks fitcast too and it was great. I loved the story and you and the guy in the startbucks lol.
I tag you to answer 3 more questions tomorrow
lol Shelly!!
Number – 2
I do ballet it’s awesome
Here is a pic of my studio, little old.
Ok, so Ryan said that you put up a pic of your studio, so I had to come and see.
Suddenly, Phil Collins is ringing in my ears…”Stu stu studio…ohhhh.” (I know that is not the song, but this is what I think of every time I hear the word studio for some reason.)
Visions of my 6 year old self, riding in the car with my Mom when she went through her “Phil” stage, which we listened to every…single…day…, come racing back. For the rest of the night this song will be stuck in my head.
Anyway, nice studio.
That’s a nice set up you have there, Leigh.
Guitars and speakers make me happy.
Ah, now I see why I like you so much Leigh. I’m also a musician (touring and everything), LOVE to dance (jazz and hip hop most of my childhood), and my dog is most certainly my best friend. The “music scene” and all the fun that goes along with it is a lot of the reason I found an extra 20 lbs. a few years back…
PS I think Kirsten Dunst needs to meet a barbell
I’m with you on the Cameron Crowe films. Good stuff. Nothing beats Say Anything!
