How much fat can you lose in 3 weeks?

So of you may or may not be following me and Kevin’s transformation journey. No weight, no measurements. Just eyes, compliance, and strength as our guide. Kevin has done an amazing job for just 3 weeks. I put him on an aggressive diet program and as you can see, it is paying off.

Lot of talk lately about how fast you can lose fat. The truth is, it depends. It is all relative.
What are your goals?
What is your training?
What is your age?
What is your experience?
What do you do for a living?
Are you stressed easy?

It is a system of checks and balances. I could not tell just everyone to do this program that Kevin is doing. Just like in my books. Opt is for certain people, people who need to lose a lot of weight and fast. Opt remix is for more Body Recomposition, bodybuilder, people who want to lose at a slower pace or can’t take extreme diets. the guidelines, the principal of the Fat Loss Troubleshoot are for everyone, everyone.

If you think you are too good for it? Wrong.
If you think you are too stupid for it? Wrong.
If you think you have nothing left to learn? DEAD WRONG.

Kevin has been in this industry and among the top professionals in the world for years, this time though, we are getting those “abz.”

    Leigh, I love that you say the principle of fat loss is for EVERYONE. I get the mindset alot that it can’t or won’t apply to me. There are so many things on this blog that I need to copy and paste into Word to make one giant log of “fat lossisms” to read and re- read so that one day it will click for me!!

    We will be talking about this more in the future but I think one of the most important factors when following a diet or training program is to have 100% absolute trust in whomever is prescribing it.

    When I first read the title, my initial reaction was NOT about fat but instead, how much muscle can you gain? I’ve trained myself to think about muscle increase instead of fat loss. Never realized that about myself before!
