    Do you have specific information for post-menopausal women and inability to lose fat? Or could you interview someone who has knowledge about this? I have written records for 5 months of Body For Life type eating/calories; have been doing Turbulence Training for 13 weeks. I lost 4 pounds in 5 months and pants only 1/2″ looser. Very frustrated.
