Metabolic Acceleration Training

I don’t want any of you to think I have gone soft. I don’t want any of you think that just because I propose smart training that this can’t mean strong and aggressive training.

The truth is, I like to bring on that kind of workout that makes you plea for mercy from the gods of exercise.

This is about Alwyn Cosgroves new Metabolic Acceleration Training DVD. In it you get really fantastic information on complexes, density training, tabata, and more. I recommend it for both professionals and fitness enthusiasts looking to really maximize a session to do as much damage as possible.

Even the hater can enjoy because you really see Dos go through it during one of the examples. You have true taped reference to the evil of Alwyn.

It is simple, smart, and will really throw a wrench into things if you have been lagging at the gym. It’s sure to increase your caloric burn and activity level in one use over what most are doing.
