4 calories for every 5 grams, this little sugar packs a punch. No GI, good for diabetics, also low on normal substitute side effects like gas or bad aftertaste. It can be a little pricey though, and a tad hard to find but worth it. I highly recommend it for low calorie Brulee’.

The only reason not higher on the list is because thus far a local health store and Amazon.com are the only place for them to be found and they are costly. They are fantastic though and worth every penny. I don’t buy things, I buy food!
