What is keeping you from achieving in a day?

18 Feb

Let’s recap.

Fat Loss troubleshoot re-launched to a massive success.

FLzine.com is coming, and WOW is the support and excitement huge.

The next two projects? Body By Eats completion (in a way you didn’t see coming) and I can officially announce the Make My Body Hot program is finishing up its first round of testing.

Someone told me there is no way I could train people and do what I do in a day. Not true. I will let you in on a little secret, I don’t waste my time. I make the most of it whenever I can.

-I bulk cook meals-

You would be amazed the time you save when your food is all ready to go. It also cuts down on impulse eating.

-I eat and train with clients-

No, I am not eating chicken breast while they have a barbell on their shoulders. Some clients I train physically and some I work with on lifestyle changes. I show them how to shop, we clean out their cabinets, and I take them out to eat. I show them how to talk to waiters and order food. Sometimes I teach the guys how to get the hot waitresses number.

This job is way more than 3 sets of 10.

-I walk when I talk-

If I have client or personal calls I take my dog or my ass for a walk. I think better, I am more into the conversation, and I burn more calories so I can eat big when done. Just from walking when I talk on the phone in a day I see an increase of around 200-300 calories from that alone.

-Anywhere information-

I only take in the information I need, but If I need it, I have it with me. Instead of a month of fast food that racks up 300-400 dollars, get a personal small computer instead with wi-fi. You can instantly hop online and  check calories, restaurant info, alternative training spots if your gym is crowded or on travel. You name it, the world is at your finger tips.

-Anywhere gym-

Look around you, anywhere is a gym. Steps, poles, playgrounds, hills. The world is your gym.

-DVR-

I used to only buy DVD seasons if I was interested in watching something because I have never been someone to be home for a TV show. I just never remember. For those of you who are, enter the glory of DVR. If TV is that important to you get a DVR from your local cable company and use the tv show for real down time at the end of the day instead of perfectly uptime in the early night.

For the record I got my money on Carla as the underdog win for Top Chef. She is freaking awesome. Looks like a mix between the Muppets Beaker and Fraggle Red.

I am brilliant.

Don’t waste your time, and don’t whine your day away.  If you do just half of what you think you can in a day then you are that much closer to be the whole you.

Put the DVR on and do something different tonight.
