I was just over at JP Fitness at my subforum there and read this. I thought I would share as something about it just made me smile. There is so much here about their change, helping their mother, and now helping others change their lives. I have been lucky to have so many people I work with become trainers, or take on this field.
I get asked a lot of why I don’t share more testimonies and stories. I don’t know really, I almost feel like they are private. Like a secret we have between each other. Most of you know they are all over the place and I certainly have them with my in person clients. So I will work on doing that more.
There is also a great tip in here about how to help your mom/dad take on what you are doing. It is so hard because we all want our parents to be with us as long as we can. Often times we can’t get around the fact that we are still the kids and they are the parents. It makes me think I should write some more on this because having your family in general be apart of your new lifestyle can do wonders for you.
Leigh I doubt you will remember me ? I wanted to come back and report on the changes I have made because of your book and listening to your work in general.
I went through the program and saw my abs for the first time. There wasn’t much to see
but they were there. Since then I went through a bulking phase and I used Remix to cut back down. I loved Remix, it was better for me and the cycling is what I needed. I have ended up at 5′10 and 182lbs and 8-9% bf based on your videos! I have my abs and a nice chest too.
Better than that my mom had been having health issues and needed to lose weight. I put her on OPT and did her multiplier for her. I did everything I could to help her with making her food and stuff in the beginning. Over Easter she hit 64 pounds lost! She wants to keep going now and she is a new person. She said she mailed you before about a hip issue and that helped her too.
I wish others can have the same luck with their parents. If you guys go a little out of your way to help them in the beginning it helps. All it took was to see 5 pounds here, 4 pounds there lost and she was a believer.
If you can answer a quick question for me?
I got certified. My dream is to do it full time. I don’t have time to do a lot of training so should I start with 1on1 for better experience or is group training just as good? Also how does affiliating your book work? I can do that with a client right?
Thanks for what you do!
If you want more info on the program they used it is called The Fat Loss Troubleshoot. You can check it out here.
