Itunes, JP Fitness, and what is to come…

A little bit of news for you about what is happening…

Itunes-

I now have a podcast! You can find it on Itunes here! I really hope you subscribe for the new updates. Right now it’s once a week BUT if I get enough subscribers and you show me enough love, I can make it twice a week ;) I am still working on the audio and tweaking things, but I should be much better over time.

I just posted up a new podcast, so for those who have subscribed already make sure to update you podcast information to listen to the new podcast…

There is now a sub-forum section up at JP Fitness for The Fat Loss Troubleshoot! I am beyond excited and can’t thank JP enough for letting me be a part of it. Here’s the thing though: the forum isn’t just about me. It’s about all fat loss, any problems, any diet, and any training. Things have started rolling on some of those changes I told you about and over the next couple of days you are going to notice some new things. Over the next couple of months, you will notice even more.

For my subscribers, the next email I am going to hand you will have good stuff, so thank you for being patient. Trying to get all of this together has been crazy since being back at work full force.

I would also love to hear from you on content you might want. So, as always, don’t be shy!

First off, I don’t want you to be afraid of my posting title! (You’ll get the meaning once you see the banner… No! Really, I am funny!).

Over the past month I have had a lot of questions about what the Fat Loss Troubleshoot and Metabolic Repair Manual are about. A lot of comments have been about the page and that they like the look but don’t get what the books are about.

Are they fat loss plans?

Guy or Girl?

Low carb/Low Fat?

My answer? A new page for the books!

I surveyed it with my toughest clients, critics, subscribers, and after three tries it got a BIG thumbs up.

BUT that isn’t all…

The Maintenance Manual-A guide to actually keeping the fat off once you lose it has now been added to the package!

Make My Body Hot

To those of you on my subscriber lists you’re going to be welcomed to a new information series I am doing called the “Audio Subscriber Series”. If you didn’t get the email last week then here is a quick update.

Every week I am going to give my subscribers an update on things in general and give them the new password to the subscribers section in my blog. In there lies the secrets to all of life’s problems…or just some cook stuff you might find useful on your fat loss journey.

This week is the start of the audio series I am going to be doing each week. Usually it will be a 3 to 6 minute audio on various topics about fat loss, diet, and more. I will also be updating it with articles and other extras as well.

This week will be the start of the “Make My Body Hot” series where I will discuss how to train for the body you actually want. It’s a topic I will be covering this weekend in detail at a speaking engagement but you lucky people get it here for free.
